The Eternal Rain

You shine, like the evening's first star,
When you smile from lands afar,
The winds tend to ceaselessly blow,
Letting two souls' anticipations grow,
What says that bud, in arcadia of roses?
Wherein giggle the florets and mosses,
Enlivening all that lays insipid,
Giving light to all that is livid,
Yet among the brilliance that harp,
I am aghast like a child frightened of the dark,
My heart mirrors the cracked terrain of pain,
That perpetually awaits the love's eternal rain.....
