Take Me Where You Belong
Not the fancy of my innerself,
Thou be my reality,
Such are the impressions of thy majestic words,
Words that spring from a longing heart,
Do you know I am roaming, at this very moment,
Into thy arcadia of woven dreams,
Dreams which have lovingly welcomed me,
I, who is a faded star,
I feel the pangs of fear,
Some stings of 'What would life be without you!'
Doomed,
Shattered,
Broken,
A carcass I would be,
How I want to scream and plead to my soul,
Hold my hand and,
Take me with you,
Take me where you belong......
