What is an apology?

An act expected by many,
Performed by some,
Enters beloved ego's tyranny,
And the poor apology,
Is understood by none;

An Apology,
Is a feeling felt, 
If expressed from heart's deepest depth,
Makes the toughest minds melt,
If the expressions reflect,
That they're truly meant,

An apology is more than what words can express....
